Built in North Bend by a dad and his daughters

Modern vending. Zero management. Local service.

Huddy's Smart Markets installs and manages modern food and beverage markets across the Snoqualmie Valley, Issaquah, and Sammamish. We bring the equipment, the products, the stocking, the payments, the maintenance, and the service — every part of it, start to finish.

All you supply is the floor space and an outlet.

A better amenity, not another job

You already have enough to manage.

Most vending arrangements quietly hand your team a new set of chores — checking stock, chasing the operator, handling refunds at the front desk. We built this so none of that reaches you. Here's what sits on our side of the line:

  • Equipment and installation
  • Product sourcing
  • Choosing the assortment
  • Stocking and restocking
  • Inventory monitoring
  • Pricing
  • Payment processing
  • Refunds and customer issues
  • Cleaning and maintenance
  • Service calls and repairs
  • Watching what sells
  • Improving the mix over time

Your staff gets the amenity without inheriting another responsibility. There's no cost to your facility, no equipment for you to buy, and nothing for anyone on your team to learn.

Proactive, not reactive

You don't have to tell us it's empty.

Our markets report their sales and stock levels back to us continuously. When something is moving fast, we see it. When it's running low, we already know — usually before anyone at your facility has noticed.

  • No inventory checks
  • No reminder emails
  • No "hey, your machine is empty" texts
  • No one on your staff keeping an eye on it for us

Keeping our machine full is our job, not yours.

The assortment

Different locations need different products.

Your members aren't generic, and your selection shouldn't be either. A youth gymnastics facility needs a completely different mix than a 24-hour gym or a warehouse floor. We build the starting assortment around the people actually walking through your doors — then we watch what sells and keep adjusting.

Protein & recovery Better-for-you snacks Refrigerated & fresh Hydration & electrolytes Kids' favorites Classic grab-and-go

Healthier-first, not health-food-only. We lead with better options because that's usually what's missing. But a market full of things nobody buys isn't a win for anyone — so the familiar favorites stay, and real sales data settles the arguments. Fast sellers get more space. Slow sellers get replaced.

How it works

Four steps, and only one of them involves you.

01

We learn about your location

Traffic, hours, who your people are, and what they keep asking for. This is the conversation where we figure out whether it's a fit.

02

We install the market

We supply and place the equipment. All it needs from you is floor space and a standard outlet.

03

We stock and manage everything

Products, restocking, payments, refunds, cleaning, and service. From here on, it runs without your team.

04

We keep making it better

Real sales tell us what's working. We shift the mix over time so the market fits your people more closely every month.

For your members and staff

A simple, modern way to buy.

No coils, no keypads, and no snack dangling instead of dropping. Buying is closer to walking into a corner store than using a vending machine — and the instructions live right on the door, so nobody has to be taught.

A two-door Huddy's Smart Markets refrigerated market, fully stocked with drinks and snacks.
  1. 1Swipe or tap a card

The door unlocks. No app to download, no account to create, no cash.

  2. 2Open it and grab what you want

One item or five. Everything is visible and clearly priced behind the glass.

  3. 3Close the door — that's checkout

They're charged for exactly what they took, in about a minute, with a receipt by email.

Nothing gets stuck, so nothing gets refunded at your front desk. And on the rare occasion something does go wrong, they contact us — not you.

We size the market to the space. A single-door unit fits a tighter lobby or studio; a two-door setup carries roughly twice the selection for high-traffic sites. We'll recommend one after we see the room.

The difference

Why locations choose Huddy's.

Plenty of operators can buy the same equipment we did. The machine isn't the point — what surrounds it is.

What people expect from vending

  • The same generic selection as everywhere else
  • You call when it's empty
  • Service that shows up eventually
  • Nobody knows what customers actually wanted
  • Dated payment experience
  • A ticket into a national call center

What we do instead

  • An assortment built around your people
  • We see stock levels without being told
  • Local service from the owner
  • Sales data drives what gets stocked next
  • Modern tap-to-pay, grab-and-go
  • You have our cell number

Local ownership means you know exactly who is taking care of your location. We're intentionally building a dense local route instead of a wide one — because being twenty minutes away is the whole advantage, and it stops being true if we stretch too far.

Who we serve

Places where people actually spend time.

A market works when there's steady, recurring traffic and a real gap in convenient food and drink. That's not every building — and we'd rather tell you honestly than place a machine that underperforms for both of us.

  • Gyms and fitness studios
  • Youth sports facilities
  • Gymnastics centers
  • Community and recreation centers
  • Indoor sports complexes
  • Large workplaces and offices
  • Manufacturing and warehouses
  • Apartment and multifamily communities
  • Medical offices and clinics

Built to serve multi-location organizations too — if you run several sites, we can standardize the program across them and report on each one separately.

Our family

Built by a dad and daughters. Inspired by their mom.

I'm Josh, and this is my beautiful family. We live in North Bend, and this business exists because my daughters asked for one.

Their mom has started two companies of her own, so around our house, building something from nothing isn't an abstract idea — it's just something they've watched happen. Naturally they wanted their turn. Huddy's Smart Markets is my answer: something real, with actual customers and actual consequences, that they get to help run.

They help pick the products. And look — if it were up to them, every machine we own would be Goldfish and Cheez-Its, top to bottom, no other options, don't ask questions. So that's been lesson one around here: it doesn't matter what we want on the shelf. It matters what the customer wants. Turns out that's a tough sell to a kid holding a bag of Goldfish, but we're getting there.

That's not just the lesson. It's the operating model. When something needs attention at your location, you're not filing a ticket with a call center. You're calling the person whose name is on the door, who lives twenty minutes away and would rather deal with it today.

About the name. Our oldest lobbied hard for "Snack Bar." It was a genuinely good pitch, and she has not fully accepted the outcome.

We went with something that better reflects the fresh and refrigerated side of what we do — but she's still holding out, and she may yet get her name on a machine.
